UHL Woogi 'Bachelor Party'

When: Sept. 17-19 (I will probably be leaving Thrusday night for Austin, and be at the river Friday morning)

Where: Guadalupe River (not sure of the site yet, will work that out today)

Let me be very clear what I mean by 'bachelor party' is really just a bunch of half naked guys splashing each other with water.

As I am not into the whole stripper thing, (thank you internet) I have decided that for my bachelor party, I am just going to go kayak the Guadalupe river. Currently the list of going folk is growing, and I am inviting anyone that wants to come along. Keep in mind, that while Rick and Chris are bringing a small RV/Camper, room is it is LIMITED and should be considered full just by my body being in it. So for everyone else, tents will be needed.

I AM LOOKING AT A SITE CABINS

If we where to stay at Rio Raft, they have cabins, tent sites and an RV pad. With that said, the river at Rio Raft, can be 'deep' (chest maybe) for swimming but no rapid AT the place. But if we stay at Rock'in R, there are no cabins, only Tent and RV sites. However, it is right near two of the biggest rapids on the river.

Being that this is mid September, I plan on kayaking the river for a few reasons.

1) The river authority has already said that they will [TRY] keep the river flowing at 200 (Decent) through September

2) I fear that the weather may not be 100° so I want to be a little warm.

I will be bringing my own kayak, but there are sevral outfitters that will rent both hard (plastic) and soft (inflatable) kayaks.



RATES:

These are the rates I have so far:

To Rent a 1 man inflatable kayak 32 a day

Camp Huaco Springs (no cabins, by the bigger falls)

RV: $45 a night- includes 4 people, and the tow car

Tent sites: \w power $40 a night, covers 1 car, 2 tents and 4 people \wo power $30 a night


RIO RAFT

RV: $38 a night- 4 people and a car
Tent: they only offer /w power - $27 a night, 4 people (not sure if its one or two tents)

Cabin: $100 a night, for two full beds.



Let me know if you want to go, and if interested in a cabin (i think huaco springs may be better if no one wants a cabin, but pitching in on a A/C cabin is better than a tent)

UHL Camping Trip/Leveling Up Trip

So, its that time again, where Mike is itching to go back to Big Bend and want to drag us all along. After discussing it, we came up with the idea to go to a closer place 1st so that A) More People Could/Would Come, and B) Big Bend can be ruff, and rugged, so this trip would be a 'get your toes wet' trip.

Where: Enchanted Rock State Park

When: January/February (ish)
So that the weather will be cold and the hikeing will be nice.

Who: Anyone that wants to go, but if you are thinking about going to big bend, we would highly suggest this trip.

While there isnt much in the way of off roading, or trail riding there is plently of hiking, and bike ridding, and caves that we can explorer. More info coming soon, but please post any interest/questions or concerns.

UHL Clan Pool party and BBQ

What to bring: We can do this two ways. If you bring it I will cook it(Meats need to arrive early so that I can add a rub and let it sit OR you can doctor it yourself at least 24hrs earlier). Either that or everyone can pitch in 10-15 bucks and I will go to the store and get the meat myself.

The main thing is that everyone needs to pitch in either meat(if everyone brings meat that is fine), money(Will say $10 per person if you didn't bring anything listed. This goes to food, snacks, deserts, and everything associated with the party), 1 person to bring several deserts(3 or 4 different pies maybe?), 1 person to bring plates/cups/ice(6 bags or more), 1 person to bring sodas. Please note this is BYOB. Yes I do have a bit of Rum and such but not nearly enough to take care of everyone. If you plan on drinking then you need to bring it or talk someone into sharing with you(IE I have no problem getting Alyssa and Mike drunk with my Rum but if Mike wants to drink that nasty beer he likes he needs to bring his own)

What time? I would like to have the meat ready to eat by 2pm. If you get here at 10am that's fine. Simply means you have more time in the pool .

Lasts until? Everyone leaves. If you are too drunk to drive your keys will be taken and you will stay here. NO ARGUMENTS ON THIS ONE. I will own you to get your keys!

Becca's Note: Bring pillows and blankets if you plan on staying the night.

Everyone is invited. If you are married to, related to, sleeping with, or a child of any member of UHL then you are family and you are invited.

Party Note: On my way to Home Depot to look for a suitable stripper pole...

EDIT: Please RSVP below as well as claim what you are bringing. The first person that says they are bringing plates/cups/ice will be responsible for said items and no other person may claim it. You will also need to claim sleeping spots if you are staying the night. The only way you can lose your spot is if you don't show up.

So woogi logged into the site management and noticed I think Sept the 8th our uhlclan.com domain expires with a roughly 40 dollar renewal fee. We should have hosting for at least another year. I will pledge the cost but would accept any transfers to uhlhazard@uhlclan.com via paypal or cash in person to help offset.

Any money transferred will be listed here.

shit if we can get 7 more people to drop 5 bucks its done. Woogi can even give your profile a little gay "look at me" symbol for donators over 1000 dollars.

That would cover the website longer than the Mayan calendar so thats cool.

As you can tell, I moved a couple things around. Anyone with an account registered before today has access to the Private UHL Clan stuff. Going forward new people will only see the top two sections. Any questions let me know...

I deleted Mani Mod and went with sourceMod. It has a lot more features, is updated often and in the end runs a lot smoother.

All UHL members have admin now.
Reserve slots are working.
16k Every round is working.
All talk is on and working.
All UHL, UHLr, and VIPs have acess to the !buy option. Allows a CT to buy T weapons and vice versa.

Currently working on !models for Admins and VIPs. Other than that, I think I have everything set.

Future Desires:

UHL logos in game.
Adverts (small text mesages guiding players to the website)
HTML Welcome.jpg when you connect to the server, perhaps even a sound wave.
